Man Enters Plea To New Charges In Yonkers Crash That Killed Teen

The driver of a BMW that crashed in Yonkers last year, killing his teenage passenger, has pleaded not guilty to new charges related to the fatal crash. Renzo Yance, 21, appeared at the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains on Tuesday after recently being indicted on charges that include felony counts of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A 31-year-old Westchester man is facing a murder charge for his role in the fatal shooting of a 30-year-old Yonkers resident late last year.
