BREAKING: The Missing Video Of Jeffrey Epstein’s Suicide Is Miraculously Found And The Serial Killing Yonkers Police Department Officer Nicholas Tartaglione Wants It….

Looks like there’s video footage of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell after all. This after federal prosecutors said earlier in the week that footage around his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan had gone missing, CNBC reports. “We are very pleased the video was preserved, as we had asked,” the attorney for former Epstein cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione said

NEW YORK POST: ‘Missing’ footage of Epstein’s first suicide attempt found

QUOTE: “Earlier today, the Government confirmed with [Metropolitan Correctional Center] staff that the Video was preserved by MCC staff,” Assistant US Attorneys Jason Swergold and Maurene Comey told federal judge Kenneth Karas in a court filing.

The revelation comes a day after Swergold stood up in court and claimed that the footage hadn’t been retained by the facility, despite a request from a lawyer for Epstein’s former cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione.

Tartaglione, who is awaiting trial for quadruple homicide, was sharing a cell with the now-dead pedophile on July 23 when he first tried to take his own life.
Tartaglione has told The Post via letter that he immediately called for help, and his attorney Bruce Barket says his client has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the incident.

Epstein was found hanged in his cell in August…..

FOX NEWS: Lost Jeffrey Epstein suicide attempt video is found

Just days after confirming they were unable to locate surveillance video captured outside Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell on the night of his first suicide attempt, prosecutors told a federal judge the video was saved, documents show.

“We are very pleased the video was preserved, as we had asked,” Bruce Barket, the attorney for Epstein’s former cellmate, said early Friday morning. “We look forward to viewing it. “

The video shows the exterior of the Metropolitan Correctional Center, or MCC, jail cell that Epstein shared with Nicholas Tartaglione, a former police officer who will soon face trial for in a quadruple slaying.

Barket had requested the footage two days after the financier’s July 23 suicide attempt, but told FOX Business on Thursday: “It’s gone.”

In a letter later that day, Assistant U.S. Attorneys Maurene Comey and Jason Swergold told District Judge Kenneth M. Karas that the July 22 to July 23 footage had been tracked down….

CNBC: ‘Missing’ jail video from first Jeffrey Epstein suicide attempt has been found, prosecutors tell judge

KEY POINTS:

Federal prosecutors have located surveillance video showing the area around the cell of accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on the day of his first suicide attempt in the Metropolitan Correctional Center jail in Manhattan.

The video, which prosecutors previously said was missing, was being sought by lawyers for Nicholas Tartaglione, a former police officer accused of four murders, who claims he save Epstein’s life in July.

Epstein, a former friend of Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, died from what has been ruled suicide by hanging in August.

Federal prosecutors have found surveillance video of the area around the cell of accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on the day of his first jailhouse suicide attempt, according to a new court filing. Earlier this week, they said the footage was missing.

The video, which prosecutors said was actually preserved by jail staff as previously requested, was being sought by lawyers for Epstein’s former cellmate at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.

That cellmate, former Westchester County, New York, police officer Nicholas Tartaglione, claims he helped save the life of the wealthy investor Epstein during his suicide bid at the federal jail on July 23.

Epstein, 66, died weeks later in from what authorities have ruled was a suicide by hanging in that jail, where the former friend of Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton was awaiting trial on charges related to his alleged sexual abuse of dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005.

His death, which remains under investigation, sparked conspiracy theories that he actually was murdered because of his ties to wealthy and powerful people, some of whom have been accused of having sex with Epstein’s victims….. .

MOVING FORWARD: Yonkers dedicates new firehouse

Yonkers Fire Commissioner #RobertSweeney said the new “state-of-the-art facility will quarter Yonkers Fire Units for the next 100 years plus, increasing public safety both in this community and citywide.”

YONKERS – Yonkers officials, Wednesday, dedicated the city’s new firehouse, Station 1, at 25 John Street. The $15 million project is the first firehouse to be built in Yonkers since 1980 and will service Tower Ladder 71 and the department’s Rescue Company.

QUOTE: “Today is a proud day in our city as we celebrate the newest addition to our fire department,” said Mayor Mike Spano. “Serving as the most active house in the city, Station 1’s location combined with its state of the art equipment and accommodations will compliment Yonkers firefighters’ continuous efforts to protect and serve our city.”

Station 1 stands as a four-bay, two-story, steel-framed building with a lower level parking area.

Totaling approximately 22,500 square feet, the building on the first floor contains firematic support spaces adjacent to the apparatus bay, an exercise room, a day room with kitchen, company officer’s office, watch booth and associated mechanical spaces.

The second floor contains personnel lockers and sleeping quarters for on-duty members, including female officer sleeping quarters.

An onsite fuel station provides fuel for fire trucks and city vehicles.

All lighting, both interior and exterior, is set with LED fixtures and an emergency generator will provide 100 percent power backup.

Mechanical systems include rooftop units, radiant floor heating system and a heat recovery unit with energy conservation in mind.

The Tower Ladder and Rescue Company were relocated in 2015 after the original Station 1 was condemned and closed due to unsafe building conditions and was deemed economically beyond repair.

Components of the old Station 1 were included in the construction of the new station, including a mural, bricks and exterior rosettes that are mounted in the apparatus bay.

Also included in the construction of the new firehouse is the dedication of a firefighter’s memorial which is comprised of five historic church bells that once rang at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, which burnt down in 1981, and then were later housed at St. John’s Episcopal Church in downtown Yonkers.

The city also plans to bury a time capsule at the foot of the bell tower, which is filled with Yonkers memorabilia, including equipment and artifacts from the #YonkersFireDepartment and Yonkers Public Schools.
