A doctor and pharmacist from Westchester were among seven medical professionals that have been accused of illegally distributing millions of oxycodone pills. Yonkers resident Nadem Sayegh, a doctor with offices in Westchester and the Bronx, and Marc Klein, who owns a pharmacy in White Plains, are each facing time behind bars for their roles in a pill mill that has been under investigation.

An entertainment producer from New Jersey shipped thousands of pounds of marijuana for sale hidden in musical speakers from the West Coast to Yonkers and elsewhere, said authorities who busted him and two accused accomplices in a special operation. Oscar Holguin, 38, was arrested in the Central Jersey town of Carteret, just off the New Jersey Turnpike, where authorities said he was assisted by 27-year-old local barmaid Natalie Stojano.

Two accused drug dealers are behind bars after they were nabbed with large amounts of heroin, cocaine, crack, marijuana and cash following an investigation by the Greenburgh Drug & Alcohol Task Force. Michael Matsoukas, 26, and Richard Hoffer, 30 -- both of Yonkers -- were arrested just before 6 p.m. and found to be in possession of 25 bags of powder cocaine, over 20 twists of crack, 75 bags of heroin, $338 cash, 50 bags of marijuana and cannabis oil.

Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars Seized In Pleasantville Pot Bust

A "sizable amount of marijuana" and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash were seized in Pleasantville following a lengthy investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies in Westchester County, according to a police spokesperson. Washington Avenue resident Ronnie Bordin, 60, was taken into custody at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Thursday by officers from the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit and the Yonkers Police Department following the investigation by a county narcotics task force.

A motor-vehicle stop led to drug charges for a Rockland County woman was busted by state police on I-87 in Yonkers while in possession of cocaine and marijuana over the weekend. Shortly after 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14, state police troopers stopped Tomkins Cove resident Tanisha Jacobs, 41, on the interstate for an equipment violation.

Yonkers Man Among Two Nabbed With Drugs In Traffic Stop

A 33-year-old woman and a man from Westchester are facing a variety of drug charges after a traffic stop in Orange County. Troopers stopped a vehicle on Route 17 in the Town of Monroe for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law at about 1:10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23. The driver of the vehicle, 37-year-old Mykell Gray of Yonkers, was found to be in possession of marijuana and charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

A trio was busted with more than a dozen kilograms of cocaine and nearly 20,000 envelopes of heroin in a Yonkers house. Men arrested on drug trafficking charges

Two men were arrested on drug trafficking charges following a warrant search of an Elizabeth Street apartment on Saturday, Dec. 9, according to court documents. The target of the search warrant, Luis G. Bajana, 42, of 33 Horatio St. in Yonkers, N.Y., was charged with eight offenses, including cocaine trafficking, heroin trafficking, and carrying a firearm, silencer and ammunition without a license, according to court documents.

25 Suspects Charged In ‘Operation Trick Or Treat’ Westchester Drug Bust

More than two dozen alleged drug dealers and 400 bags of heroin and other drugs are off the street following the "Operation Trick-or-Treat" bust in Westchester, authorities announced Tuesday. Yonkers Police Commissioner Charles Gardner said that during the multi-jurisdictional bust, 25 dealers were apprehended, and undercover officers seized more than 400 bags of heroin, crack cocaine, angel dust and other drugs during the Halloween-themed operation.
