Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will join Yonkers Fire Department Commissioner Anthony Pagano on Monday, November 29 at 2:30PM at Grinton I. Will Library (1500 Central Park Ave.) for the promotion and swearing in of newly promoted Captains and Lieutenants in the Yonkers Fire Department.
