The Rev. Margaret Fountain Coleman, will be honored as Author and Educator of Yonkers Public Schools “Woman of the Year 2019.” on Saturday at the Nepperhan Community Center from noon to 4 p.m.

Mrs. Coleman is a 1986 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, earning a BS degree in administration of justice-legal studies, 2009 graduate of Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York, earning a MS elementary education — children with disabilities as well as earning a MS in administration leadership and supervision from the College of St. Rose, Albany, New York in 2016.

Currently, the Rev. Coleman is an associate minister at Messiah Baptist Church in Yonkers.

She is married to the Rev. Frank E. Coleman Jr., pastor of Messiah Baptist Church.

They have four children.
