Notice is hereby given, pursuant to law, that the City Council of the City of Yonkers, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 10,2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 40 South Broadway, Yonkers, New York on the following Special Ordinance, to wit:

PROPOSED SPECIAL ORDINANCE

A PROPOSED SPECIAL ORDINANCE DECLARING HOMESITE PARKWAY FROM SAW MILL RIVER ROAD TO WOODYCREST AVENUE TO BE A PUBLIC STREET OR HIGHWAY OF THE CITY OF YONKERS.
