ALBANY: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says the Empire City Casino in Yonkers can re-open Wednesday under these conditions:

Have enhanced air filtration systems in place before opening.

Limit capacity to 25%.

Require masks and social distancing.

Do not allow table games or beverage service on the gaming floor.

Have additional staff on hand to monitor the traffic and ensure compliance.

Governor Cuomo said the state Gaming Commission will be monitoring the MGM facility.
